Conversion of a former council office complex into a bright and modern enterprise centre, providing startup and small business support. The project involved stripping back the building to a shell, overcladding and complete fitout. The programme and budget were both constrained. The redevelopment has had a positive regeneration influence on a disadvantaged part of Nottingham.
