Everards Meadows – Everards Brewery

The recently completed Phase 1b is Everards’ new home including a state of the art Brewery, office Headquarters, a public food and drink space, and a shop.
Phase 1b is a continuation of and fully complements the buildings and landscaping of Phase 1a, that created a cycle centre, café, extensive landscaped areas, public car parking, cycling routes, and a footbridge over the River Soar.
Franklin Ellis worked closely with Stephen Gould of Redhouse to develop the placemaking strategy for the Everards Meadows campus. The masterplan for the site was a critical element of the project and has been successful in delivering thriving social public spaces across the campus.
