Cotton Croft

Coton Croft is one of three residential schemes providing new residential homes for South Derbyshire District Council. Franklin Ellis assisted the council from inception, analysing a number of potential sites to identify the most suitable for development. Following a successful planning application, FEA produced tender information and were then novated to the winning contractor, Keepmoat.
The development provides 23 affordable homes for rent and are the first new housing that SDDC have built in more than 20 years.
