Aston Martin Birmingham was completed in September 2024 on behalf of Cambria Automobiles. Located on a prominent corner plot fronting Stratford Road in Solihull, the 1720m² Commercial development includes; Car Showroom, Customer Spec Room, Employee Offices & Meeting Rooms, Workshop & Parts store, Roof-top parking with Car lift, Valet bays, External works and Landscaping.
The principal design objective was to create a luxury pavilion to showcase the vehicles, with art gallery and luxury boutique influences through purity of form.
The flagship dealership is part of a broader 40-acre mixed use strategic Masterplan of The Green in Shirley for M7 Capital. Franklin Ellis collaborated closely with the wider site client team over several years, reviewing all assets and opportunities to maximise value of the site and forming parcels of land for development.
