Yesterday, Franklin Ellis hosted an internal Bake-Off to help raise vital funds for Children in Need. Not only was it for a good cause, it brought out the inner bakers in our team, showcasing a delightful array of homemade goodies.
The competition was fierce as our talented team members whipped up delicious treats. The scores were close, but the ultimate winner was Oliver with his FEA branded Cookies, claiming 1st place!

Other standouts included Monika’s Cinnamon Swirls, Mark’s Ginger Biscuits, and Lucy’s Mini Apple Croissants, all securing a well-deserved joint 2nd place. Tolu’s Chocolate Brownies took 3rd place!

The FEA Logo Cake by Joe, Raspberry Choc Brownies by Aga, Scones by Adam, Lemon Meringue Cupcakes by Nina, Banana Cake by Ben, and Lemon Cake by Sarah were all crowd-pleasers, proving that our team is not only skilled in architecture but also in the art of baking.
The event was a sweet success, with the food going down a treat among colleagues and most importantly, we raised approximately £300 for Children in Need. It was great fun coming together for a good cause and we look forward to the next charity event in our calendar!
