Celebrating Excellence: Angelica Promoted to Associate | BIM Manager

Congratulations to Angelica on her promotion, where she will be taking on the new role of Associate | BIM Manager!

As an Associate | BIM Manager she will continue to drive company projects forward with a commitment to excellence and shape the future of the BIM field.

Angelica Rodriguez

Over the past decade, Angelica has advanced from Architectural Technician to Associate | BIM Manager. With a background in architecture and on-site experience, she has contributed to both the Interiors and Architecture departments. Her passion for productivity led to the creation of in-house procedures that transformed workflows and helped to set new standards.

Angelica has been part of many projects at FEA, from hotels and multi-unit residential developments to industrial schemes, always looking forward to engaging with different work teams and finding solutions to daily challenges.

Angelica has been involved in BIM technology programmes such as ‘Autodesk Inside the Factory’ in both Bucharest in 2023 and Boston in 2024; giving her the opportunity to understand in depth the software development process and share her own ideas with Autodesk. She focuses on making the most of the software’s latest technologies, while giving designers the flexibility to develop their ideas without curtailing creativity.

Looking ahead, she aims to further enhance BIM integration, explore cutting-edge technologies, and mentor the next generation of BIM professionals. Her vision is to innovate and design, keeping the company at the industry’s cutting edge.
