11 Station Street is a Grade A, state-of-the-art office accommodation, designed and delivered for Bildurn Properties Limited. The site will be occupied by Domestic and General UK, as their flagship operations hub. Located in the heart of Nottingham City Council’s designated ‘Southside Redevelopment Zone,’ the site sits directly opposite Nottingham Station and in the centre of the business district. The building will open in Autumn 2022.

The overtly contemporary design reflects the scale of its context, and employs a mix of traditional and modern materials, providing a striking development in the centre of the Station Conservation Area. The site is adjacent to locally notable buildings, and is fully glazed all the way around, creating different environments on each office floor plan.

The scheme involves the demolition of existing buildings and construction of 60,000 sq. ft. of office space with associated parking and external works. The building is arranged over 5 floors, providing 4775sqm NIA of open plan office space and view over the canal. The upper floors of the building cut back to reveal an external terrace area from which users may enjoy views across the city.

The building will achieve BREEAM excellent through a range of sustainable measures and provide 10 no electric car charging points and secure cycle storage.
