Pennine Way and Lullington Road form the sister developments to Coton Croft, built for South Derbyshire District Council by Woodhead Living. The two schemes provide a total of 22 affordable houses for council rent, including both family homes and bungalows. The developments reutilised waste ground owned by the council and were funded by both the HCA and receipts from the council’s Right to Buy Scheme.
