Nottingham
Franklin Ellis began in Nottingham in 1993. Our main office is based on The Ropewalk, a short walk from Nottingham City Centre. We were first located at No. 28, before migrating up the hill to No. 16 and finally settling at No. 5, the Old Pumphouse, where we have been since 2011.
The Old Pumphouse reflects our devotion to conserving the heritage of our city and is an impressive space to meet with our local Clients. It is currently undergoing an internal refurbishment with the aim of further reflecting our values and incorporating new ways of working.

Leicester
Building on our success of delivering award winning architecture in Leicester and Leicestershire, Franklin Ellis set up an office in the city in 2017. Located in the heart of the Leicester’s Creative Quarter, the office is ideally positioned to extend our client focussed service to both local and national clients.
We have a record of delivering consistently successful projects throughout Leicester and beyond that vary in size, sector and complexity. From offices to residential, retail to community, heritage to hospitality, our clients include Leicester City Council, nationally recognised businesses, residential providers, schools, and community groups.
