The Old Pumphouse is a Grade II Listed building originally designed in 1850 by Victorian engineer Thomas Hawksley.
Following a variety of uses after its closure in 1900, the building becomes vacant and falls into disrepair by the early 2000s. Franklin Ellis acquires the site in 2008, restoring the historic structure and extending it to create approximately 8,000 square feet of office accommodation for the practice.
The conversion combines the character of the original building with contemporary workspace, providing three floors of offices, a generous reception area and two meeting rooms.
