The £25M first phase of the development at River Crescent comprises 146 apartments in a crescent shaped block of seven storeys, with residents’ lounge/business suite, health club with pool and gym and basement car park.
Set in a stunning river frontage location, the development has a number of features to harvest renewable energy sources, such as wind turbines to supply electrical power to landlord areas and a heat pump to utilise energy from the river to heat the 20m pool.
The scheme includes the creation of a new street, Waterside Way, incorporating a dedicated 0.5km cycle path and riverside footpath.
