Huntingdon Street is a complex city centre project in Nottingham involving the retention of an Art Deco façade, and combination of several buildings. With a ground floor and six further storeys, the residential scheme will include amenities, internal courtyard, study spaces and gyms.

The scheme provides a wide range of student and post-graduate accommodation with approximately 290 bed spaces in clusters and studios at the ratio of 60% to 40%.

Franklin Ellis developed the scheme from pre-application to Stage 3. The building was designed to be sustainable and include air source heat technology. It was designed to include glazing at street level, enhancing the street scene and adding character back to the area.
