Step 1. Getting to know you, your site, and your vision
First, we visit your site. We start by getting to know your space firsthand, understanding its unique characteristics and potential. Then, we work with you, to develop a design brief. Together, we outline key objectives, establish design and construction timelines, and agree on a budget to guide our creative endeavours.
Step 2. Designing the concept
Next is concept design. With meticulous attention to detail, innovative solutions, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, we delve into research, exploring possibilities and assessing feasibility to inform our design direction. Our team collaborates to refine initial ideas, culminating in a distinctive design concept tailored to your vision. Then, we visualise the scheme. Through sketches, 3D CAD models, and material boards, we bring our concept to life, ensuring clear communication of our design intent.
Step 3. It’s all in the details!
We develop the design. Building upon the concept design, we develop fully functional solutions, including spatial planning, joinery design, and finish selections. Utilising our in-house visualization tools, we offer all our clients an immersive experience, allowing you to virtually walk through and experience the space at a 1:1 scale.
Step 4. Documents, documents, documents
We focus on the nitty-gritty, preparing comprehensive technical and construction documentation packages for approvals, pricing, and construction.
Step 5. Dressing it up
We offer FF&E Selection, finding bespoke furnishings from furniture to lighting, carpets to art, curating bespoke selections tailored to your project’s unique requirements. Our control book and Sample Material Boards provide you with tangible insights, allowing you to see and feel the finishes firsthand.
Step 6. The transformation
We remain by your side throughout the construction process, offering guidance, answering queries, and resolving on-site design challenges to ensure the flawless execution of your vision.

We have embraced the existing decorative features of the Hotel, and enhanced the space with rich woods, lustrous marble, and gleaming brass accents to create a visual symphony that resonates with elegance. Classic bistro tables and cozy chairs arranged around banquettes add a tactile element of comfort, inviting guests to settle in and savour the experience.
One of the most exciting challenges of the design process was integrating the new Brasserie with the existing dining spaces of The Elder. While The Elder exudes an aura of sophisticated charm with its sumptuous red hues, antique mirrors and soft lighting, The Brasserie introduces a fresh perspective, complementing the existing space with a more decorative approach.
