Leicester City Councillors yesterday unanimously approved the proposals for a new Asda Superstore, Office building and pedestrian link bridge which will form the beginning of Leicester Science Park development. FEA have designed the new office development which will hopefully be a catalyst for future developments on the estate.

Farnborough School Receives Planning
Franklin Ellis Architects have gained planning approval for the rebuilding of Farnborough School Technology College, Clifton, Nottingham. Carillion Building anticipate starting on site in July 2012. The project, which is a PFI scheme, will be maintained by Carillion FM.

Franklin Ellis Architects have secured a planning approval for Nottingham Girls Academy. This is the second Academy that Franklin Ellis have designed for Greenwood Dale Foundation Trust (GDFT). It is understood that Carillion will commence construction on site in March 2012.
